The private beach was my favorite part. Great spa experience. Also Super close to downtown. But For the most part, staff could be nicer. The food was pretty bad. We only ate at the hotel once during my whole trip. Lacked entertainment and EVERYTHING closes at 12 midnight. Be advised, the beds are very hard and lack comfort.

We loved our destination/resort. Our rooms was clean, and we stayed in the VIP area, which was absolutely fantastic. Our accommodation's were all we hoped they could be. The advertised hot tubs were not hot just pools with bubbles and the food was terrible. We took care of the staff each day but we were there for 9 days and were only permitted to book dinner 4 out of the 9 days. We would love to recommend Vista Sol, but we were get dissatisfied with the food.

I'm telling you this place is 10 out of 10 and everything was just amazing I've been to numerous all inclusives in the Dominican Republic this was the best price and not only the best price the best at everything it was just amazing. Jose in the front was great at checking in and Monica and guest services was also amazing the only thing I didn't like at all was having lines at the bar no one goes to a bar to wait online that's just ridiculous and also there is no ice machine anywhere on the property that's a little bit annoying also other than that it's just perfect in every way

The resort very nice the staff are very friendly but the food wasn’t that great, as well as if you want to book any tour or activity just book from the hotel the people on the beach are very rude and they just want money they didn’t even give you the full service that you paid for. Overall the trip was nice and the beach is amazing

Vista Sol Punta Cana is an excellent resort. Suitable for all ages. Delicious food and a lot of activity; there is always dancing in the theater after performances. The staff is polite and solves problems quickly. I stayed at the end of April and had only one problem - humidity at night.

My kids n I enjoyed our vacation n the property.. if I had listened to the reviews I would not have booked.. the rooms were clean, the food of was good, it was easily accessible n we had a wonderful time. The only mishap I had was the rude towel attendant.. she needs to work in the back somewhere where she will not interact with the guests. I will definitely be back.
