I loved the staff. They all are amazing. I can't remember everyones name. But Ramon at the mexican restaurant was amazing taking care of my mother in law bday celebration. Also, chef Fabiola, Ale at the pool section!! Amazing service. The food and drinks were amazing.
I think the resort needs to update their rooms. They look and feel old.
I didn't like that my girlfriend wanted her mothers room to be decorated for her 80 bday. And when she asked for that service 3X she was todl ton speak to the concierge. And the concierges wanted her to listen to their hotel program. We told them we were not interested from the beginning. We felt too much pressure. Our group rented 5 rooms to come to cellebrate her bday and we dont think it was fair to be aksed to joing one of their meetings.
Besides that we love the food, drinks, rsrauranys and bar staff and the ocean was beautiful.
