"This hotel was perfect for us in every respect. We were greeted on arrival by Andrea and he could not have been more helpful, as he was throughout the rest of our 4 night stay. All of the staff members were friendly, polite and accommodating. The system for breakfast was excellent i.e. selecting requirements in advance, the choices available were extensive. "Hotel is excellent as are the rooms, the lift is small and finicky, don't move around too much in the lift as it just stops. There is nothing outside the hotel, no shops, transport nothing. The hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport where you can take a train or bus to the city. Hotel is very quiet, bed is comfortable, there is a spa in the rooms but it needs to be booked 1 day before arrival and costs extra."
