The service was excellent in the most natural way — super friendly, kind‑hearted people who really go out of their way for you without ever making it feel formal or forced. Every day we felt looked after, and every interaction came with a smile. The place is beautiful, but honestly, it’s the people who make Katamaran special. "Beautiful location on the water. Room were nice size & clean with balconies with ocean views. Rooms with private pool available or use the shared pool. There was no by there when I was there in mid January but it is wet season & likely to rain. Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch & dinner and is very convenient as there is not much around hotel."

"Thus is such a beautiful property, the service and attention to detail is perfect. The hotel is ideally located about a 5 minute drive if Sengiggi centre, easy to get to by taxi. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds and great showers, our room had an outdoor shower which was lovely. We liked it so much we extended our stay by a further 3 nights, it’s just got a lovely relaxed vibe to it. Breakfast is a la Carrie and the choices are excellent, the food quality is superb. "

"A beautiful resort on Lombok. Room was superb with king size bed, half open bathroom with shower under the clear sky. We had a room with ocean view and a large balcony. Breakfast had lots of choices, almost too many. Quality of food was great. Also a beautiful large (40 meter) pool. Staff are very courteous and spa treatments very good. "
