"Beautiful lobby, great restaurant, staff friendly, but rooms were dated. There was crack in the ceiling. It looked like water damage, but all and all, it’s a nice hotel.
No pool. I prefer Silver Cloud Point Ruston, because of the pool. The restaurant is better at Murano. The parking is cheaper too. Self parking, which is nice to have the option to not valet."
