"15 minutes drive from the Lincoln Showground, it's a light and airy hotel, friendly staff. The bathroom tiling was unfinished and the mastic areas were roughly done. Having said that the room was clean, bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable. The breakfast was okay, basic and a little dry (bacon, beans and egg) but we didn't come down to eat until 9.30am so maybe that was why. "Really friendly owners Hugh and Marian, very good company! They took us up to feed the horses and meet the other friendly animals. We stayed in a little independent suite which was warm and cosy. Extreme comfortably bed!! Wonderful breakfast. 10/10"

"The house is beautiful and in a lovley area. Everything was spotless and communication with the landlord was great. I'm sure we had a bottle of wine waiting for us on our previous visit but this was sadly missed on this occasion. Despite this we will definitely be visiting again 😁 Thank you x"

"The location of the hotel is perfect , literally on the doorstep of Lincoln Cathedral and the castle. Parking is opposite to the hotel - although it is a public car park and a fee charged by meter upto 24hour parking available. The hotel itself is lovely, well presented and very clean. "We did not receive the check-in details via e-mail so could not check in and ultimately not stay overnight. The phone number that was with the booking was supposed to be a helpdesk with the operator being anything but helpful. We had a look for help at the property but could not find anyone on two separate occasions; we were also astounded to discover that the accommodation was in the middle of a wedding venue and NOT the wedding we were attending.
