"We were generally pleased with our experience. We realize this is a fairly new facility and there can be some kinks to work out. The staff was helpful and friendly. We did not realize initially that housekeeping was every other day, which is not a problem for us if we know in advance. I would suggest the front desk mention in when you check in. We were there for 4 days and only had the room cleaned once. The towels were changed and the waste baskets emptied, but it looked like they left in the middle of the job. I was surprised that the bed was not made. A coffee maker in the room would have been a nice touch. We ended up eating breakfast at a nearby restaurant because the breakfast was rather simplified. Again, would have been nice to know in advance. It is not a deal breaker because some places don't serve breakfast at all. We like the location and feel like our needs were generally met. One other thing, I was never able to get my iPhone to hook up to Wi-Fi. We messed with it and finally gave up."

"We were surprised when we got to the hotel. The pics online looked great, but it was different story in person. First off the fridge didn’t work, we informed the front desk/manager, nothing was done about it, food was out the whole night and vegetables got bad, pop was from temp. The sink had clogged which they did unclog after our request, pool was dusty and dirty per my wife. The pull out bed looked disgusting, though sofa was acceptable (we didn’t use the pull out mattress), the bathroom was super small, such that if someone is on the toilet and you can’t open the door without striking the leg. The ceiling had mold on top of the tub. There was no front desk person all the time to assist. We will not be returning to this hotel"

"Room was dirty (peanut butter cracker wrapper and crumbs all over under couch cushion , greasy handprints on headboard, and hairs in the nightstand drawer); The lounge or bar that was advertised was never open and appeared to be a storage area now; The hot tub has been filled in and the sauna is not operational; Breakfast was decent and staff was friendly enough; Place has definitely not been kept up very well"

"Breakfast could have been a little better. Non pork options, maybe some potatoes as well Room was clean, every thing was clean but i spotted a bug on a pillow in our room and at least 6 bugs in the pool area The night staff was very nice, welcoming, and professional Morning staff could use some of night shift friendliness and welcoming skills "

"The air quality in the room wasn't great. It was fairly stuffy and controlled by the main desk as i didn't see anything to control it in the room. Was older property and was clean."
