"This Property is Tired. I decided to stay here since I flew into Bradley International and most of my business was between Sturbridge and Auburn. I usually stay closer to Worcester. "Completely dirty, stains on towels, stains on blankets, stains on the walls, holes, bad smells, leaking elevator ceiling when it rained, service was slow, everything was just terrible. When I came in to check in, no one was at the desk for a whole hour. Do not come here."

"A clean place! I didn't see any yucky corners or forgotten surfaces. I was pleasantly surprised by this beautiful hotel, which also contains the Optical Museum. WOW! I love how the historical features have been preserved, and importantly the Danbury marble fireplace which is a feature of the museum.
