"Citidel is also part of the grup hotel that is located at mid valley (st giles boulevard and the garden) and is standard of 3 star hotel, but maybe at corridor of the floor seems like they doesn’t turn on the ac so it’s pretty hot. But you don’t need to buy water because you can refill it at the machine like st giles boulevard. Overall is still good, maybe try to change the pillow because the condition is not really good anymore."

"Room is big and clean. Convinience next to the mall. Only problem is that the room and bathroom has a smell ( a bit unpleasant). Not sure where it come from. "

"The owner asked to text to collect the check in info but don't reply until the next day. The room is barely clean and all furniture are old and dusty. The sofa and carpet were so dirty. The bathroom is molded. It required rm100 deposit to be paid and took 2 days to refund. Worst of all, 2 of my credit cards details being hacked I believe is the WiFi. "

"Amazing Hotel amazing staff it’s a Shangri-La and it never disappoints. I wish I remembered the people who helped us directly, but not one of the people who work in a hotel were rude or nothing. Everybody was so nice so helpful so polite accommodating will continue to stay at Shangri-La’s."
