"Breakfast was empty most of the time and eventually we stopped waiting. The oatmeal was great, but the area was dirty, the high chairs/boosters were very dirty, walls/floor corners/under the raised vanities and furniture were visibly dirty. The parking lot was so small we barely had a space. Staff said we could park anywhere we could fit including making a spot. Excellent location however and they were affordable and friendly. The staff was very friendly. The pool was very small and crowded...

"It was in a great location! Breakfast and coffee every morning very convenient. Swimming pool was nice. Free laundry facilities was extra bonus since our stay was 7 days. Definitely recommend🤗"

"Clean, very comfortable. No ice machines on the floor, but the staff had bags of ice for guests in the lobby fridge. We were there participating in the Ironman race and the staff was very helpful with food to go for a very early race start."

"Ice machine on our floor was out of order, then found 2 other similar ice machines on other floors there were also not working. Had to go to the lobby each time for ice. No available drinking water or fountain in the lobby and had to ask for the breakfast room to be opened so we could use the sink to get water there. No housekeeping services for our 2-night stay and had to ask for clean towels. Front office staff nice and genuinely cared though bringing us clean towels himself."

"Trash was all over the floor in the hallway, walked into the room to see bugs all over the place and the room looked like it was never cleaned from the guest before. Walked back to the front desk and checked out. The employee was not at all surprised when I mentioned the bugs. Spent about 5 minutes there."

"I would have like an easy chair in our room"

"I liked the pristine, white bedspreads. They looked so clean! And the window covering blocked the light very well. One thing I found annoying, is the elevator areas are not well seen from the hallway. A change in carpet color and pattern in the hall outside the elevator would help. Also, a change in wallpaper on both sides of the hall as you approach the elevator would prevent a person walking right past it when they're looking in the opposite direction."

"The property was o.k. The HVAC in the room was incredibly noisy. We could not sleep so we turned it off. The room then became very hot and stuffy. The bed was fine. The blankets and sheets were serviceable but should have already been replaced. There was no extra pillow or blanket. Accommodation was minimal. I would have expected more for the price of the room."

"It’s a very old building that has been given a facelift. It looks great cosmetically but it’s in rough shape. There is not an elevator even though it’s a multi-story building. The first room we were given smelled like it had been smoked in, the second room had a fire hazard with a burnt outlet that shocked my wife when she touched the plug. After that they were all out of rooms so we had to find another spot to stay."

"We had a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was broken and once we were able to get it out the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. Super super nasty. They don't do room service unless you are there for longer than 2 nights so we did not have clean towels the second morning. We had to go find towels and they only gave us 3 to start with. Towel quality was pretty sad as well. Thin very used towels."

"We had a very nice stay. The lobby area is large and has a lot of chairs, so it's a nice area to sit in and relax. They even have some games, like a pool table and a big Connect4 game for kids. We also really liked their breakfast. They had a good variety of food, and it was better quality than most hotel breakfasts I've had. The only drawback was our room setup. Although the room was called a "suite," it wasn't what I would consider a true hotel suite in terms of having two separate rooms...

"The rooms have been recently remodeled. When I got to my room there was a 50' extension cord leading to a charger for the window shades. I reported it to the front desk and they had maintenance come and remove it. I had a King bed room. The only chair was the deak chair. There was plenty of room for a comfortable chair or even a lobe seat, but nothing was in the area except an end table. An end table with no seat next to it. Humm. They said they were still working on getting the rooms...

"Out toilet seat was broken, no mat to put on the floor after showering, the shade was broken so our room was in permenant black out with minimal lamps to turn on. The breakfast was great with potatoes, egg and cheese omelets, sausage, cereals and pastries, yogurt, hot drinks and fruit. Comfortable beds and pillows with fluffy comforters. Very bare bones rooms and decorating. It needed repairs"
