"Everything was great"

2/10 Terrible

"The entry way had visable sticky beverage spilled on tile . Couple pieces of garbage as well. An employee was sitting by front window on there cell phone. Breakfast area had several people waiting to eat and no employee slid the door open to let people know it was ready. My husband opened the door few min after 7am and the guests were thankful. We had asked for pool towels and were told they would bring them to us at the pool. No one came my husband walked to our room and retrieved ours. We found pink sticky stuff on our bedding and clearly was not from us. So that was gross. The women who checked us in was friendly. I’m pretty sure we will be very cautious to stay at this hotel chain in our future."

"No hot water had to switch rooms floor was disgusting weight room was a crisp 85 degrees so dont go in there unless your looking to dehydrate. Breakfast was a joke, parking lot had glass In it. The only positive thing I can say is I've stayed in places with worse beds I slept pretty well"

"Where do I start? I prepaid for 1 week and after my plane was delayed several times and arriving at extended stay I was told I was a no call no show. My reservations was cancelled. I refused to leave, it was 3 am. After waiting for an 1 hour I was told they had a room . The room was filthy, visible dust and dirt in the floor. Very uncomfortable. My week didn’t as expected as I tried to find activity after work until I sleepy enough to withstand the room. There was no refresh or towels or washcloths. Actually never even seen housekeeping during my stay to grab any. Overall the property looked unkempt. I would not recommend, the pictures online are deceiving."

"I arrived after midnight for a late check in and when I got up to my room the AC wasn't working. The front desk staff said there was nothing they could do and could not issue a refund. He also stated there was no emergency maintenance and no replacement rooms he could give me and they were fully booked on a Tuesday. He took down my number and said he'd have a manager call me. I ended up having to go to another hotel but I have not been contacted or refunded for a place I did not stay."

"We chose this hotel for a better location with our full van packed for long road trip. I had read previous reviews about not being well maintained and thought we would try anyway. It did live up to the poor reviews. It’s like they don’t have a maintenance department. Our room had a leak under the sink. We noticed it that night and told them not to bother till after we left, but not a small leak. This may be the reason the room had a bit of a “dirty sock smell.” The sheets on the pull out couch were dirty (but that can happen if housekeeping didn’t know it was used). But generally just run down. Breakfast was average - waffle maker, eggs and sausage. It does have a pool (but walking by it the smell of chlorine was overwhelming). Fitness center had 2 cardio machines and that was about it. Definitely not worth $217/night."
