Hotel dekat Koch Family Tennis Center

"My experience at this Holiday Inn was completely unacceptable. I found THREE LIVE COCKROACHES in my room — two in the bathroom and a large one crawling around on the table in the room itself. This was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I paid for a hotel room expecting basic cleanliness and a comfortable place to sleep, not to discover live cockroaches crawling around my accommodations. The situation was bad enough that I checked out a full day early. I should not have to cut my stay...

"Room was decent, random stains on curtains and lamp shades but it was the cheapest there was, you get what you pay for, I would stay here again at the price it was."

"Very nice place for low budget. Has new furniture and smart tv . Very spacious rooms and big parking . Breakfast is ok with good coffee. Needs more clarity regarding their cleaning services as they needed a request to do it no matter how long you are staying ! "Staff met all of my needs. The breakfast was fresh and good. Very clean facilities and excellent gym."

"I loved the cleanliness on outside and inside of Hotel. Loved the breakfast. The staff was so friendly and accommodating."

"Francisco at front desk went above standard service. He was helpful, caring and offered solutions that wowed."

"The customer service both on arrival and when checking out left plenty to be desired. The area was under heavy construction, so finding the parking ramp for guests was a chore, and there seemed to be few spots available. That's not all the hotel's fault. Good, clean room and hotel, but won't be staying there again."

"Great location. Food nearby. Super clean property and room."
