"I’ve never stayed in hotel with a more difficult TV. Daily we had to sign in with our google account (manually entering a long password). The whole place smelled of disinfectant like a veterinarian clinic. The walls and doors are very thin and the air conditioning was loud and annoying. We paid $175 a night because the college World Series was in town. I believe the regular rate is closer to $50 which would make more sense for this property."

"The receptionist has poor customer service skills. I booked and paid two months in advance, yet when I arrived at the hotel, neither my room nor my reservation was ready. The manager simply said they had resold the rooms and told me to just accept the one being offered. Very poor customer service."

There were random holes in the walls, curtains and shower curtains. The curtains and towels were stained. The pool is closed and the sign appears to have been up for a very long time. "The property was o.k. The HVAC in the room was incredibly noisy. We could not sleep so we turned it off. The room then became very hot and stuffy. The bed was fine. The blankets and sheets were serviceable but should have already been replaced. There was no extra pillow or blanket. Accommodation was minimal. I would have expected more for the price of the room."

"Our stay was comfortable, but I wanted to mention a cleanliness issue. Before checking out, I noticed a large yellow circular stain on the blanket near the foot of the bed. I understand mistakes can happen, but bedding should always be thoroughly inspected and clean before guests arrive."

"This location was not well-maintained. While there was nothing necessarily wrong with the accommodations, the rooms lacked a polished feel. The paint was peeling from the walls, paint was chipping in the shower on the tub and during a storm there were leaks throughout the building."

The whole inside of the building is stinking with thick cigarette smell and in the units everywhere is dirty. "It seemed to be an older facility-well managed and still clean but in need of some loving re-investment . Apparently, the breakfast area has no kitchen facilities to heat up some scrambled eggs but there were hard boiled eggs and equipment to make oneself hot pancakes. Overall, I would still say it is a good value for the money."
