"Parking key entry did not work and now we are being charged daily for parking even though we checked out after 1 night! Cannot get a hold of anyone who can help me correct the recurring error. Restaurant over priced. "

"I didn't see it the first night I got in late went to sleep. I woke up walk to the bathroom and noticed I was stepping on pieces that looked like drugs. I had my service animal with me so check your rooms maybe sweep and mop. Wouldn't recommend bring kids or animals wont be staying at any of there locations"

"Awesome staff. Super accommodating. I called to tell them I was coming in late and my keys to the room where waiting and the staff member Nyah was awesome! Excellent customer service with a smile at 2:45am. Very helpful and sweet. I can't recommend this hotel enough. "
