"If you are planning to stay I Giza, I recommend this hotel. Excellent costumer service, friendly staff, if you get there before check in and the room is ready they will let you get your room with no extra charge. For $30 they will schedule a taxi to pick you up at the airport. Breakfast included at the roof top of the hotel with an amazing view of the pirámide. We were pleased with this hotel. "

"A great night stay. The reception are exceptional and courteous. I slept comfortably and well, especially after long flights, comfort was a big plus. The restaurant has amazing choice for breakfast and I’m partial to the cinnamon roll (made with croissant pastry), so brilliant. Very fresh orange juice and great fruit. The hot choices are delicious as well. Will be back the next time I’m back in Giza. "

"To avoid disappointment please read this review. The hotel is a budget hotel neat the pyramids. That being said the staff are all very friendly and cannot do enough to help. The rooms are clean and ones we stayed in had working air conditioning. The Expedia description of this hotel is incorrect in that: 1) There is no lounge/bar (you can order soft drinks at reception) 2) There is no coffee shop/cafe (you can order coffee at reception) 3) There is no restaurant (You can order food at reception) 4) The only common areas are reception and the roof terrace (See photos of the hotel) 5) There is no ATM 6) There is no garden (We didn't find one anyway) 7) WiFi works, sometimes. 8) TV did not work in the rooms we stayed in. The roof terrace has a good view of the pyramids and garden furniture. Eating is done on the roof terrace, as is everything else. As it gets dark quickly some time around 18:00 and with the sun set temperatures drop as well, food will go cold very quickly. It is also quite windy in the evenings so cans of drink and water bottles will blow off tables etc. The hotel is on a noisy busy road which will stay busy well into the early hours, so be prepared for noisy nights. I am not trying to do a hatchet job job here, but the Expedia description of this hotel paints a very different picture that what it actually is. For a budget short stay hotel near the pyramids it is fine with the advantage of having extremely friendly and helpful staff."

"Very nice place, on the Nile directly, nights was so relaxing, the spot itself deserves 5/5, but with one issue that bothered me was hot water for shower, no hot water was annoying. 4/5 overall "

"The host at the rooftop is excellent. The guy (Muhammed) working the late evening front desk shift until the morning is very helpful, speaks good English, and overall honest. The girl working the front desk is a liar very dishonest. My dining bill was 1887 egyptian pounds (I gave the host a tip on the table) and decided on her own to round up my tab. I paid it because she said she had no change. When I paid my taxi to the airport again they had no change so I did not accommodate her scheme. I gave a tip to the taxi driver directly. The only reason I'd advise not to stay here again is because it's 22 minutes away from the new museum and about 25 minutes away from Sphinx. 45 minutes from the Airport with no food options within walking distance. We tried walking to a corner store and restaurant but the side streets were dirt and no one could understand us on how to reach the restaurant. The alleys had been bricked off where the map thought it was a road to pass through."
