There were many young teenagers hanging around the lobby area, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. The room did not have air conditioning and was not properly cleaned. "Auch nach unserem letzten Besuch, der schon 8 Jahre zurück liegt, ist dieses Hotel für uns die erste Wahl. Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. An der Sauberkeit ist nichts auszusetzen. Das Frühstück einfach hervorragend. Die Anbindung mit den Öffis zur Innenstadt bzw Karlsbrücke, sehr sehr gut. Was uns am allerbesten gefällt, die ruhige Lage."

There were many stores and restaurants around and most of the touristic spots of Mala Strana were a few stops away which is specially convenient if you want to avoid step hills to get to your accommodation after a long day of sightseeing. "The reason I give three stars is because the AC was not working. I had read from other reviewers that AC was not working, but they were older reviews, that means the AC was never fixed. The AC is needed during this heat. The staff tried to help by letting us the mini-bar for free, which is appreciated, but the AC is needed. Also, the hotel is right next to a nightclub, which it gets really loud at night, they don’t close until 5 a.m. so it will be hard to get any sleep. I would not stay at this...
