"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel – it is very family-oriented and welcoming. The staff speak Arabic and Urdu, which made communication smooth and comforting for us. "The place was nice overall, but the iron and washing machine feel very outdated—like 1980s technology (we had the same ones when I was a kid!). There are modern top-loading washing machines available now that are much better, more user-friendly for guests, and actually cheaper than the current one. A steam iron would also be a great upgrade.
