This hotel is huge and was only one third occupied when we visited during the August holiday season. As a result the room was quiet except for some occasional door slamming which would be fairly annoying if the occupancy was higher. There are an indoor and outdoor swimming pool but you need to wear a swim cap which was on sale. The watre temperature of the indoor pool was 28 degrees which for me personally was too cold. There is a gym room plus a pool and yoga room. What surprised me though was that the fairly large shopping complex nearby, including the ferris wheel, were deserted, i.e. all shops have gone out of business except for a restaurant. You can order takeout food if you want to risk installing Chinese payment apps on your phone. My stay did not include breakfast. The checkin was quick and painless.

거대한 규모의 레져호텔 그러나 낡았다.

상당히 외진곳이 있습니다. 가시는 방법은 택시나 버스뿐인데 택시는 공항에서 150위안 나옵니다. 혹시 시내에서 찾아가실분들을 위해 남깁니다. 카르푸 앞에서 314번을 타셔서 종점에서 내리셔서 앞으로 걸어가시다가 왼쪽은 보면 동부터미널이 나옵니다. 거시서 617번을 타시면 종점 바로 전 정거장님 해천만에서 내리시면 바로 앞입니다. 카르푸에서 총 3시간 정도 걸립니다. 617번은 2017년 10월 기준 버스비는 5.5위안입니다. 호텔은 외관은 엄청 화려하나 가까이서 보면 많이 낡았습니다. 아마 장사가 잘 안되어서 유지보수가 힘들어 보입니다. 너무 크니깐요. 옆에 온천도 사람 별로 없더군요. 아울렛 매장은 거의 매장이 없으며 나이키, 아디다스 말고는 살게 없습니다. 온천 시설도 엄청 큰데... 낡았습니다...야외풀장은 거의 운영을 안합니다. 온천같은경우는... 종업원이 손님보다 많아보일정도 였습니다. 가족끼리 조용히 쉬실분들에게 추천하며, 따로 찾아가기는 너무 힘든 위치에 있습니다. 위치만 시내쪽이라면 최고의 호텔인데 아쉽네요. 아 그리고 바다전망으로 돈 더 쓰지마세요. 동해안보다 못한 뷰를 보실겁니다.

가격대비 만족도 높으나, 시내/공항에서 너무 멀리 떨어져있음

가격대비 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 방 크기도 적당하고, 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 바닷가와 바로 붙어있어서도 좋고 수영장도 나름 괜찮습니다. 그런데 수영장 깊이가 너무 낮기만 해서 어른들이 수영하기에는 좀 불편합니다. 그런데 무엇보다 가장 불편한건.. 주변 편의시설이 없는것(도심에서 떨어진 장소)과 공항에서 멀리 떨어진 지모시라서 택시 이동 시 비용이 많이 드는 것입니다. 그리고 조식뷔페는 종류는 많으나 맛은 그럭저럭입니다. 마지막으로 영어가능직원이 너무 없습니다.

훌륭한 시설에 투숙객의 수도 적어서 매우 여유있는 숙박이 되었습니다. 바로 옆에 위치한 온천도 매우 만족스러웠고 호텔 내부의 식당도 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

가격대비 괜찮습니다.

2012년 11월에 한번 투숙을 해보고 2번째 방문입니다. 우선 예약이 잘못되어 바닷가쪽이 아닌 반대방향으로 방을 배정받아(바닷가 쪽은 트윈이 만실) 새해 첫 아침해를 객실에서 보려던 것이 무산 되었네요. 우선 호텔 자체는 상당히 만족스럽습니다. 서비스도 좋고... 객실 컨디션도 괜찮구요... 단 지리적 위치는 최악입니다... 주변에 아무것도 없는데다가 공항에서도 멀고... 청도 시내까지도 거리가 상당합니다... 그냥 조용히 물놀이나 하며 지내기에 적당한 호텔입니다... 이번 숙박시 가장 황당했던 것은 저녁 부폐식당이 휴무를 하는 바람에 저녁을 먹는데 상당히 고생을 했습니다... 마지막으로 표시되어 있는 지도가 크게 잘못되어 있습니다. 실제 위치는 청도시내에서 동북쪽 방향 해안가 입니다.

웅장한 건물, 수려한 풍경

시설은 5점, 서비스는 4점... 호텔시설 및 경치는 아주 좋습니다. 그러나 식당, 특히 조식 부페는 종류는 많으나 딱히 땡기는게 없더군요.. 직원들 서비스도 로컬브랜드라 그런지 인터내셔널 호텔보다는 조금 부족했구요 (참 실내주영장 서비스는 나쁘지는 않았어요)... 옆에 있는 온천도 국경절 연휴라 그런지 사람도 많고 물이 조금 더럽고 가격에 비해 별로 즐길거리가 없더군요... 그러나 대체적으로 만족스러운 여행 이었습니다.

말그대로 그랜드 메트로파크 호텔 칭다오

정말 중국 다운 규모와 호텔의 웅장함은 지금도 잊을수가 없습니다. 중국 상해 북경 다 돌아보았으나 그랜드 메트로파크의 규모는 보지도 못했습니다. 또한 수영장과 헬스장 탁구장 체스등의 부대 시설이 잘되어 있어서 호텔내에서도 힐링이 가능합니다. 바로 옆 해천만 온천과 쇼핑몰도 규모는 한국보단 작지만.. 호텔에 묵으면서 나름 할 거리와 볼거리를 조그맣게 제공해줍니다.

스파를 이용하기 위해 묵은 호텔

청도에서 1시간 정도 떨어진곳에 위치해서 위치상으로는 멀지만 스파와 여름에 야외 수영장을 이용하기 위해선 1박 2일 할만 합니다. 가격이 조금 비싸고 호텔내 식당의 음식값이 조금 비싼편입니다. 스파 가격도 비싼 편이기 때문에 1박 할 경우 금액은 꽤 나오는 편입니다. 경험상 한번은 가볼만한 곳입니다. 단, 주변에는 이용할만한 시설이 전혀 없음.
