Wanda vista Metropolis

Horrible experience for an amazing Architecture

Probably the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in, however it’s a great petty they don’t have a slight clue on how to operate a 5 star hotel No one speaks a word if english After 11 not a single restaurant or coffee shop even open in the hotel. (Mind you the hotel is at least 20 mins drive to anything, so there are no other options) They have 6 items available on the late room service, after I placed the order they called back 3 times to tell me they don’t have the items. It took more then an hour to deliver what ever it was that they had and it was cold and awful. There is no steam room, the jacuzzi doesn’t work, and you need a swimming cap to go to the pool. They don’t have any to lend or sell to you. Who travels with a swim cap?!! When you bring any of these items to the manager’s attention absolutely nothing gets done.
