"The staff was friendly and helpful. Our VIP room (301) was exactly as described, beautiful and relaxing. The only downside was the room’s proximity to the boat engine - it was really loud in the morning, cutting our sleep short."

"Room itself was clean, bed very comfortable and an amazing view, however the bathroom needs to be cleaned better. We found some bugs and mould on the grout. Staff were very good, activities were well organised. No sun loungers on the sun deck, which is a shame, as they definitely have the space for some. The food was excellent, fresh and very tasty, however the fact no drinks were included meant we felt slightly ripped off, especially given the prices. "
