"I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this Holiday Inn, primarily due to major plumbing issues and poor service recovery. The toilet in my first room (Room 220) stopped flushing, and when I contacted the front desk, I was told no technician would be available until the next business day. Shockingly, no alternative was offered until I explicitly asked if they expected me to stay in a room without a working bathroom. A room change should have been the immediate solution, yet I had to fight just to get the basic necessity of a functioning washroom.The situation only worsened after I spent an hour packing and moving to Room 208. This second room was in even poorer condition; the bathroom door wouldn't lock, and the air conditioning was so loud it disrupted my sleep. Combined with the fact that the hotel is currently difficult to access due to poorly communicated construction, the entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I regret choosing this hotel and would not recommend it."

"The facility did not provide what was publicized (served breakfast), and then the staff confirmed the kitchen was available; however, no cooking utensils and dishes are provided. As for parking, the staff provided useless information on payment and direction on how to get to appropriate accommodation building. Also, no check out instructions were provided. As for the room, there is no ventilation and AC. The bed is super soft as it is a folding cot. The single male shared bathrooms for the entire floor was located almost 50m away."

"Our check in way a bit longer than we would have liked, but our room was very clean. Bed was comfortable, with lots of pillows and sheets. Bathroom and floors were very clean. Quite floor(second floor) easy parking. We choose the garage parking. Ample space. Charging options if desired. We used the hot tub and pool, which was very clean and perfect water temperature. Staff from front desk to maintenance staff to cleaning staff were all very polite and respectful. Over all we would recommend this location for a stay over in Quebec city. Lots of food options close by and not far from the highway. Enjoy your stay. Remember how you treat and talk to people will help determine how your treated."

"Il y a eu un dégât d'eau dans l'appartement au-dessus du nôtre. Nous avons dû être relocalisé. Par contre, l'autre appartement n'était pas une équivalence à notre réservation initiale. Le confort n'a donc pas été maximal. Nous étions un couple de 5 p 10 et 6 p 4 à dormir dans un lit double. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal."
