The young gentleman at the front desk was courteous and helpful seeing that our BEDDING wasn't changed from their last guest!..my wife and I arrived late after a 13 hr drive, we checked in, put our luggage in the room and went to the adjacent Boston pizza ( huge huge mistake!!! )
When we return an hour later and got ready to get some sleep, my wife turned down the bedding only to find that house keeping wasn't doing their job..the bedding was full of hair from the previous guest...we immediately called front desk as this was not only disgusting, its also a health hazard!!!...front desk had us pack up our belongings and come down from the 4th floor..to be honest, it took everything we had in us to do this after an extremely long day...once we arrived at the front desk we were given room keys to a room a few doors down from where we were..so we had to LUG EVERYTHING back up and to the very end of the hallway when they should have brought the room key to us !!!!
In the morning during check out...we didn't even get a "good morning " ...."how are you?" ..."how was your stay?? ...NOTHING BUT A BLANK STARE!!! ...When i politely handed my room card over, the lady typed in the room number on her keyboard and a few seconds later, glanced up and coldly said...."your good" ...and went about her way...
At least once a month I travel with family and alone...this has to be one of my worst experiences from a hotel I honestly thought that cared about service and cleanliness..so wrong!
