"The first room that I paid for through Expedia and checked in was super hot they did not turn on the AC before we arrived so it was like 90°. We had three twin beds and one small AC. It was not acceptable so we asked if we can be moved. They moved us into a cottage which ended up costing 90 extra dollars for the night, but it had three small ACs And definitely was worth the upgrade for a better night sleep it was extremely hot and humid we was not able to get any of the amenities. "The oceanfront views are excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is within walking distance of a few restaurants and shops. Comfy bed and nice balcony. Renovated bathroom with oversized tub but challenging entry/exit which could be resolved with handle assist. Great parking and awesome pool with waterfall. "

"Our 4 day / 3 night anniversary stay at the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort was extremely disappointing from start to finish. On our very first morning, we woke up to a flooded hotel room. Our clothes, luggage, and personal belongings were soaked. Instead of immediately helping resolve the issue, the staff gave us a hard time when we requested assistance getting our clothes and luggage dried. We were promised a new room right away, yet it took nearly 8 hours before we were finally moved....

"One night stay at this place for our backpacking trip. Love the location and cleanliness. Didn’t have much daylight left by the time we settle down for the night. Took a little stroll to take a glimpse of what’s left of the sunset. It sure was beautiful. "

Everything worked out great and having the full kitchen allowed us to work around some diet restrictions and save a little money. The hot tub jets didn't seem to be working but Everything else was great. Local shopping and the ocean is close."

"Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. "
