"I enjoyed our stay at the Novotel. To begin the staff is amazing, especially Tatiana in the restaurant. She is a star and deserves a raise! Also housekeeping is so sweet. The rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable. The hotel selected a room at the end of the hallway so it was very quiet. The door locks are very noisy though and there is no way to close the door quietly, so unfortunately you hear your neighbors arriving. My only suggestion is to offer more variety at the breakfast buffet. After a four day stay eating the same thing gets boring. "
