"The breakfast was extremely disappointing, with a very limited selection of dishes that looked unappetizing. Even worse was the shocking attitude of the staff, which was even more off-putting than the food itself. The front desk was also unable to provide even the most basic assistance.
The only reason I’m not giving this hotel a one-star rating is that the cleanliness was acceptable. Overall, it is a clean but cold and unwelcoming hotel, with little sense of hospitality."

"This hotel is one of the most unique we have ever stayed at. It was a dairy at one time and was converted, and some of the architecture was preserved. Our room was the King deluxe with the steam shower. There was a gas log fireplace in our room, ample windows for natural light, and the room and the bathroom were huge! Lena at the front desk was so friendly and she had even spotted an error I made in booking and had it fixed before we got there. All the other employees we interacted with were...

"My husband and I were in the Falls for our 10 year anniversary. The sheets on the bed were not clean, which was kinda gross. We were also asked to “ keep it down” with a noise complaint at 8:20pm when we were listening to some music ( at a respectful volume ). Like really!? Not impressed."

"Pool is very small and a weird shape. No hot tub which was a big disappointment. The rooms are located on either side of the main lobby. We were on the side farthest from the pool so you have to walk through the lobby and past the main doors. Very cold spot in cooler weather, especially if you're wearing a wet bathing suit! The rooms are very spacious. Could use a light near the coffee nook and a night light in the bathroom. Very quiet which was nice."
