"Very well priced and clean. Full contactless which for an airport or seaport one nighter is great. Would I stay again for an overnight transit? Absolutely. For a longer Brisbane stay probably not. And that’s not a reflection on the hotel. It meets its promise spot on. Clean, easy and no frills."

"This hotel fit our requirements and was well maintained, however sadly the rooms were not sound proofed and we were woken at 4.30am by the TV being turned on next door and left on for the remainder of the morning. We emailed the hotel about this and they failed to reply. It was so disappointing as it was a lovely hotel."

"It's more like a hostel than a hotel. Rooms are concrete and look like prison cells. Place is pretty dire and not very clean. Shared bathrooms were yuck and you had to go downstairs and outside to cook your own breakfast. Staff weren't friendly or helpful. There is much nicer accommodation for the same price nearby."

"Too bad when we booked this hotel, we did not know it's up the hill. We tried to find something near a train station. But it's not easy to drag luggages up the hill. Avoid this hotel for a few reasons: 1. It's up on a hill. It's not easy to drag luggages up the step hill. 2. No elevator(lift) at all. Even we stayed at the lower floor, still had to drag our luggages up several stairs. 3. They had a note about getting breakfast at 7am at the basement even though that restaurant has been closed...
