"We've been lucky enough to stay here twice before, and very little has changed. Same great location, same quality furnishings - very, very comfortable! You do pay a premium for the magnificent view east of the lake and snowcapped mountains. Quality and comfortable bedding, lounge, dining area, and kitchen. "There was an issue with the water at the hotel due to council works outside, meaning our check-in time was a little later and out of their control. Despite this, staff were attentive, helpful & called to inform us as soon as our room was available. Perfect spot for families with the big Queenstown playground just outside & the cherry blossom lined streets and sitting area outside were such a treat! Tidy & comfortable room for our family of 4.
