"The Spire is a lovely hotel right in the middle of the action in Queenstown. Our experience here really is a story in two parts. First, though, I must say that everyone working at the Spire was incredible and accommodating. They did their best to anticipate and address all of our needs, and were incredibly thoughtful and welcoming the entire stay.
Our first two nights were spent in a Spire Suite, which was an upgrade offered to use because we were concerned about the sound in the Laneway Suite...

"We loved our stay at Stoneridge Estate. Our room was top notch with gorgeous views. The staff were so friendly, warm and welcoming. The breakfast each morning was delicious and served in the most charming room. We only wish we had more time to spend at this incredible estate."

"The layout of hotel a bit of a maze and finding it at night difficult. Roads unsigned and hotel sign at night difficult to see.
Ground floor labelled 4. Room was on 4 but not same 4 as entry.- several lifts away. No porter to show your room for first time. "
