"Loved our stay. Fantastic staff. Beautiful property. Clean beach. Kids play area. Delicious food. Only issue is when you pull out your key card the ac stays on and you come back to an ice cold room. It was the case with my adjacent rooms too."

"The Alila Diwa was a wonderful hotel to stay at. Staff were very helpful, the room was clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel restaurants, bars and pool were excellent. We also used the Spa which was exceptional and very good value. The beach shuttle was also a great way of getting to and from the local beach. I wish we had stayed longer at the Alila Diwa and will definitely be returning in the future!"

"We could not use the pickleball court as it was under maintenance, which I can understand. But if it is not going to be available then it needs tobe communicated before we book the property, as we do pay for such amenities as well"
