It’s clean, well maintained (including air con), has welcoming helpful staff (all areas), ample parking, local shops & such quiet sound proofed rooms (even with the 1980s rave the floor below). My child slept & wasn’t woken up by daylight, noise, the stifling heat or worries about cleanliness. Plus they could have a bath. Win."

"This is a gr8 place to relax or play a round of golf. The staff are very helpful. The hotel rooms are lovely. They are not huge but have enough room to feel comfortable. There are 2 golf courses here. The Kernow course is a good test of your golf whatever handicap you have. "Nice modern, quirky hotel in great location for City Centre, Hoe and Barbican. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bar area, that is also for check-in, has some really good seating areas for work or chilling. Room was great - very clean, comfy bed and good shower. On-site parking was easy, although it is £10 a day. It was a perfect stay for our needs."

"Great place on the Cornwall/Devon border, equidistant from the stuff you can do in the Southwest. The food they serve is great, as is the staff I interacted with. An EV charger in the same parking area is very helpful, as well. I was surprised that my single room didn't have a TV.
