"This hotel is in a great location and was clean and comfortable. There were two main issues for me, both of which were unacceptable. One, the wifi was intermittent throughout my stay. I mentioned it to the front desk. They fiddled with some wires downstairs but it never worked for more than 30 seconds at a time before it would go off. This is Lisbon, a major tourist city. "The air conditioning was ineffective in our unit — it had two different units and they would not lower the room temp at night below 25 C. It was uncomfortable for sleeping. I told the person at the office (office closed early at 6 pm) but they did not do anything about it. The room was ok, spacious but basic. Water pressure was excellent in shower."

"Wow! From check-in to check-out, this place was beyond our expectations. The décor was absolutely amazing, everything was impeccably kept, and you simply can’t beat the location—location, location, location!
