"Very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the price. The room was not clean and had several issues that made it feel poorly maintained. There was visible water damage on the ceiling, the couch was stained, and the outlet next to the bed did not work.
The check-in experience was also bizarre. There was no one readily available at the front desk, so I had to use a phone to call the desk and wait for someone to come assist me. I’ve never experienced a hotel check-in process like that, and...

It is part of JVD, a Hyatt property. The facility is emaculately clean. The front desk was helpful, knowledgable and very accomidating. We originally did not know the facility did not have an elevator. So I called in advance and asked for a room change. They gave us a ground floor room. They have a pool on sight that is very clean with new chairs and fresh beach towels. Ther is a small fee for overnight...

"Overall the room and the property were clean, which is most important to me. However, the room was overpriced for what I received. Also, the coffee pot in the downstairs lobby was empty three out of the five mornings I went to get coffee from it. I politely asked the front desk agents to have someone bring a replacement pot of coffee and each seemed mildly annoyed and it took long for the replacement pot to arrive (one time it took 30 minutes). Also, a complimentary breakfast should be included...
