"I am gonna rate five stars for all. Just only thing which makes me rate 4 star is that the staff has authorised a maintenance guy to enter into my room without my consent due to miscommunication, which is unacceptable. The other thing is room is not sound proof enough as during the night kids and drunken tourists are so annoyed, which can be fixed. Otherwise, all is good for me. Good location, good restaurants are nearby, easy to access to anywhere in Quy Nhon, and staff is friendly, helpful...

"Mostly clean and really nice for couples. Staff was very helpful, scale available in room for convenience. A lot of events taking place at the hotel, can make the elevators take longer. Cons: Breakfast had limited options and was ok. Not what we expected a 5 star hotel to be like, there were little things were weird. The bathtub was not leveled not allowing the water to drain properly. Overall not bad, would come again: 4.54 stars"

"Back here for the 4th time and this place never disappoints! It’s still my absolute favorite hotel for my QuyNhon business trips. You just can't beat the location, and the pool view is honestly stunning. I love how close it is to all the cool spots and handy amenities around town. It makes balancing a busy workday and relaxing afterwards completely effortless."
