"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit.
from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"Die Lage des Hotels war für uns nahezu perfekt. Man konnte in ca. 15 Minuten von der Autobahn zum Hotel fahren ohne dass man durch die ganze Stadt fahren musste. Direkt gegenüber ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Wir sind 3 Tage für umgerechnet ca. 15 € mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gefahren. Zur Burg läuft man ca. 20 Minuten, man kann aber auch 2 Stationen mit der Straßenbahn fahren. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und kosten 400 Kronen pro Tag. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück war...

"Hotel located at the core, walking distance to all sceneries such as the clock and charles bridge, 10 mintes to main train station and public transportation 2 minutes away.
Front desk staff were all professional and very kind, breakfast is very good. Bed is very comfortable.
A little noisy but ok with sleep music played on PC."

"The hotel Questenberg was among my absolute favorite experiences in Prague! Not only was the view from the room onto the Strahov Monastery (in itself a destination) stunning, the added charm of the bells ringing, topped it all. My spacious room, elegantly yet simply furnished, a big bathroom, also with views onto the monastery, an amazing breakfast with à la carte healthy and tasty options"
