"Good location. Our room had multiple issues. Mold on bathroom ceiling, knob missing on fridge temp (staff informed us this was on purpose as guests "mess" with temps) There USED to be a whirlpool tub near the bed. Now this room has a crazy raised tiled area with a stub-your-toe lip in the main area with nothing on it? Window dressings dirty. Left a rolling mop bucket and mop right outside our door, gross!
We had long days and late arrivals. Staff was mildly interested in helping but was hard to...

"The Long Mountain Lodge was great! We were greeted by Don who was welcoming and showed us around. The amenities and homelike feel were spot on. The breakfast was outstanding and perfect to get you started on your day! The views were gorgeous but unfortunately it was cloudy the evening we were there so the sunset show was not seen. We will definitely be back!"

"We were riding the BDR and decided to stay in Ellijay. It was a Saturday night and a lot of activity in downtown Ellijay. Who would’ve thought such a small town would have this much going on? I would’ve given this place five stars, but it didn’t have a washer and dryer to wash my motorcycle gear. It was $100 a night through Expedia, which I thought was a little high, but I attribute it to a weekend rate. It was a clean room, nice beds and the bathroom was remodeled. I would definitely stay here...

"The property was extremely clean. The pool closes a bit early (7pm) so we never were able to use it during our stay. The staff were INCREDIBLE, the blonde woman at the front desk was incredibly kind, and went above and beyond for us.
