"Arrived at 2am and the staff were very friendly and professional. As you walk in it smelt good, room was clean, beds were comfortable and all for $100. If you’re passing through Joplin, this is the place for you! "

"Check-in was so smooth. Very kind and courteous to us after a long day of travel in snow.. The room and bathroom were spotless. The beds were great. Because we checked in so late, they were gracious enough to give us a late checkout. It made all the difference in the world for us. The only issue I had was the toilets. I've had two knee replacements and the toilets are the old kind that you almost have to sit on the floor. My knees made it very difficult to get up. Great restaurants just...

"The overall Staff is amazing! Ms.Blanca the manager is very professional and treats you like family at the same time. Jodi at the front desk is a Super Star, very helpful, sweet and accommodating! The whole team, the rooms are clean, the food is fresh and I like that you can get a hot drink of tea or coffee anytime.This is the best Best Western I have stayed at, ever. They really took good care of me. I thank God for my new friends! 5 Stars to Heaven***** Thank You!"

"The gal at the desk for check in and check out was great! Great personality and efficient. This is a non-smoking hotel, and you all know how some people 'sneak smoke' thinking we won't notice, but there is a stale smell in the air? Not here!!!! The room and hallways smelled fresh! Woo hoo! Beds were comfy and the shower pressure was very good! Parking was easy. We would stay here again!"

"The room was very clean . The room was just a bit smaller but we didn't spend much time there anyway as we spent time with family. Everyone was great even the breakfast was good . . The only thing i can complain about was that when i made reservation they advertised they had a bar and lounge but there was none . But our stay there wasn't for the bar although it would have been a nice touch . We will stay again. "
