If I were to suggest some areas of improvement, maybe the shower stalls can be cleaned more thoroughly. Breakfast varieties could also do with some expansion. But in general it was a wonderful stay! "This hotel is a total scam. They state that no outside food or drinks are allowed on the premises. One night, staff saw us bringing a pizza back to our room but said nothing at the time. The next morning, they suddenly demanded a €50 fine. We tried to reason with them, but they insisted on charging my credit card anyway. This was an unfair dispute and an unreasonable charge. Luckily, my credit card company eventually reversed the €50 charge. Please think twice before booking this hotel."
