"Our room was clean and comfortable but showing its age. Although it had been freshened up, the TV was quite old and picture quality was SD when these days one might expect HD. Similarly the light above the bathroom mirror was not even LED and when we found the pull cord it was dim and and only illuminated several years of dust. The bed was very comfortable. This may seem a bit picky but we paid over £100 for one night which did not even give us access to the pool. We learnt the hard way that the Expedia price does not include the pool and spa. It is actually quite clear on the Expedia site but we booked at the last minute and in a rush. There was plenty of parking and the location was close to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Hotel close to pedestrian crossing to promenade and beach. Bar/restaurant very good. Lovely single room with a double size bed. Easy access to room via lift and through fire doors. Staff and especially Reception Staff were absolutely lovely. "

"This was a jem of a find couldn't fault the cleanliness of the room and the hotel itself. The owners and their staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was excellent and a good choice. Off road parking was good and on their property. It's ideally situated near the town and beach with about a 15 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again without a doubt and would highly recommend this hotel."
