Also, as we checked in, Ilaria was very helpful getting us checked in quickly and then giving excellent suggestions about how to see both the local town and the city. Her suggestions were great!"
"This was our fav place that we stayed so far in Ireland. The staff were amazing. Joe was our server for dinner and he was AMAZING. The food was sooooo good and our room was extremely clean and well taken care of.

"The area of town is nothing special, but we enjoyed watching rugby practice at the adjacent pitch. Two issues were the shower; the pressure was good but the design is poor. There was water all over the floor afterwards. The second issue was really poor service in the restaurant, both at dinner and at breakfast. Apparently, being short handed is an issue outside of the US as well. "

The only thing is the portions for evening meals. One meal would do 2 people. This was my second stay there this year and I will certainly be back again God willing. Nothing is too much in this hotel. Staff very attentive and accommodating. Best place ever to stay in. "
