"The room was comfortable and quiet and they accommodated our request for no fragrance in the room. The tv didnt fit the armoire and was at a weird angle for viewing and the charging block actually drained batteries rather than charging. There was also an unfortunate artificial vanilla smell in the lobby. Overall, it was a decent hotel. The biggest win being quiet and close to walk everywhere. For the price, Id like to see nicer amenities like the tv and charging block."

I've NEVER stayed at a place that was so welcoming and inviting about 🍀 smoking. Dennis is wonderful! They also cook your breakfast!! AND, they have 🍀-infused meals with advance notice! So worth it!!"

"We had a most excellent stay at the Villa Motel. The staff was gracious and helpful. The room had everything you needed and nothing you didn’t for a wonderful stay at Manitou Springs, a big clean bed to sleep on after a long day of enjoying the natural beauty of the area."

"First, there are no laundry facilities. I specifically chose this place because the first sentence states it has Laundry facilities. Second, there seems to be someone with a long term stay there. I was told to not mind how that person's vehicle was parked... even though it was literally parked just outside my door. As a female traveling solo, this made me a bit uneasy. Then i was not able to unlock the door. It seemed like the deadbolt was locked. Back to the desk, I was told I'm using it wrong...

"This place helped me big time in a pickle. The stay was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Showers screams at you but that's not anyone's fault really it's the water pressure. In the absolute perfect spot not all the way into Manitou but at the prefect spot to walk there and back!!! Very quiet at night! Whomever now owns it is definitely fixing it and making it a great place to stay! No homeless around which is great considering the area a mile closer to the springs!! Didn't get a chance to go to...

"A great place with very friendly staff! This unique, eclectic place will be our go to when we are in the area! So close to everything. There are tons of amenities and all the staff were wonderful! From free bikes you can use, to a heated pool, bar, food, great breakfast, pet Friendly and again the staff were great! Very close to Manitou Springs, Garden of the gods, Historic Colorado city and more! You can walk, ride your bike or take the free bus everywhere if you don’t want to drive!"
