"I did not like their new system. They have you put in your last four digits of your phone number to unlock your door rather than using a card. It kept freezing out on us and I kept having to go to the front desk to get into our room. It was a nuisance. Other than that it was great. I just highly recommend that you don’t keep that system that you are testing. "

"We stay in Colorado Springs frequently but have never stayed here before. We have decided to stay here from now on. The facility was so relaxing and absolutely beautiful. We live in a beautiful place further in the mountains, but tucked into this tiny valley it was so quiet and secluded!! It was hard to believe we were only minutes from the "big city" and the places we needed to go on our erand-run-to-town."

"The place is like you would expect from a "Quality" Inn. Rooms are scarsely decorated and the walls are paper thin so you hope to have no neighbours or at least very quiet ones. Doors shut noisily and no one seems to have learned middle of the night or early morning etiquette to be quiet and hold doors so they don't slam. Breakfast was mid; we had picked it for the variety we expected from the pictures but it was not so. No fruits, same breakfast at least 2 days in a row -scrambled eggs, sausages, scone and a white gravy, waffle station, cold cereals, yogurts. There is a TV in the breakfast area but it wasn't turned on so unsure if broken. We picked it because it wasn't n the highway so we had hoped quieter but it backs onto the highway so at least half the rooms back onto it."

"We were just staying one night and doing nothing but sleeping. The room was clean and comfortable which is all I expected. For a longer stay it would have been great to take advantage of the short walk to all the fun in downtown Manitou Springs."
