"I really love this place! It's worth what you pay, private rooms, and kind staff. If you're a 🍀 smoker, you will feel right at home! I've NEVER stayed at a place that was so welcoming and inviting about 🍀 smoking. Dennis is wonderful! They also cook your breakfast!! AND, they have 🍀-infused meals with advance notice! So worth it!!"

"The room was comfortable and quiet and they accommodated our request for no fragrance in the room. The tv didnt fit the armoire and was at a weird angle for viewing and the charging block actually drained batteries rather than charging. There was also an unfortunate artificial vanilla smell in the lobby. Overall, it was a decent hotel. The biggest win being quiet and close to walk everywhere. For the price, Id like to see nicer amenities like the tv and charging block."

"We had a most excellent stay at the Villa Motel. The staff was gracious and helpful. The room had everything you needed and nothing you didn’t for a wonderful stay at Manitou Springs, a big clean bed to sleep on after a long day of enjoying the natural beauty of the area."

"This place helped me big time in a pickle. The stay was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Showers screams at you but that's not anyone's fault really it's the water pressure. In the absolute perfect spot not all the way into Manitou but at the prefect spot to walk there and back!!! Very quiet at night! Whomever now owns it is definitely fixing it and making it a great place to stay! No homeless around which is great considering the area a mile closer to the springs!! "I have opted for this motel over others because they have a family suite - 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. My family of 5 are comfy. I will avail of them again if I have to come back! It is still close to everything…"

"Two bedroom cottage was comfortable, well equipped and quiet. We didn’t use any amenities, but they seemed nice. Location was convenient for Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak."

"We like the hot breakfast. Coffee was always available. I like coffee. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room was nice. Plenty of parking and easiness to get to our room. The carpet was clean and stain free throughout the hotel in our rooms. The bathroom in our room had an old wet washcloth, kind of smell. "A great place with very friendly staff! This unique, eclectic place will be our go to when we are in the area! So close to everything. There are tons of amenities and all the staff were wonderful! From free bikes you can use, to a heated pool, bar, food, great breakfast, pet Friendly and again the staff were great! Very close to Manitou Springs, Garden of the gods, Historic Colorado city and more! You can walk, ride your bike or take the free bus everywhere if you don’t want to drive!"
