"We were able to check in an hour early, which was a nice surprise. The room was very clean and spacious for our family of 4, which included 2 kids ages 7 and 9. The breakfast options were excellent compared to the usual fare. The indoor pool was very nice and refreshing after a long day of hiking. I’m very picky when it comes to travel lodging and cleanliness, and overall I was very happy with this hotel and would stay again!"

"The cleaning staff needs to clean the windows and around the windows. The countertops weren’t cleaned right and the coaches could use some TLC. The TV didnt work, I couldn’t get anyone to communicate with me about it until the next day."

"Very nice but a little too small for two adults and two teens , the location is a big plus. It is located right next to a restaurant and a lot of other cool places. The lady who helped us was super nice and very attentive. Overall we enjoyed staying there. Is a great place for families with small children"

"The people here were very nice and always helpful. The pool was well maintained and they even had toys for there guests to while they were there. They are pet friendly and the deposit was no were near other hotels deposit to let my fur baby stay with us. My dog goes everywhere with us and sometimes it is difficult to stay somewhere when they want a 200 deposit. It was quiet and peacful there, close to the mountains and Manitou Springs very beiatiful area. The only thing that was difficult was...

"The owners were friendly especially since we got it late . The room was very musty smelling , the tv didn’t even face the bed so you had to turn it and the dresser it was on to watch it from the bed . Breakfast was a joke - cookies , granola bars and pound cake from The store . No snack machines , the ground leading to the rooms in back was very uneven . The parking for the rooms in back was very narrow - don’t try to take a full size truck back there, luckily we had hubs small car and not my...
