"The room we rented was in SHAMBLES. We booked a non smoking room… the room REEKED of cigarettes, they used the tub as an ash tray, the fire alarm was ripped out of the wall, and there was human hair everywhere. The ONLY positive thing from this stay was the staff and how quickly they made this right. ..."
