Overall the room was dirty and breakfast was very basic. There seemed to be many weekly renters in the building and it felt more like apartments than a hotel. I feel for these people between normal housing."

Single coat, so you can see white specs bleeding through. The tile in front is the vanity for the bathroom mirror was cracked like something extremely heavy was smashed from on it. "Everything seemed very clean and well-maintained. The rooms, bathrooms, common area and dining room were always well-kept. Housekeeping came whenever we didn’t put out the “no housekeeping needed” sign, so we had plenty of fresh towels and trash emptied. "Service from staff was pretty average but the actual property itself left me ruined my experience and cause me to check out early. I should have been suspicious when I saw more than usual industrial rodent traps(roughly a dozen). While the property itself looks an interesting concept I ended up with a room where the first set of electronics didn't work and after staff couldn't figure it out either they moved me to a new room. Great right?! Not so much when I was awakened at 6:25am by a mouse...

"The staff was tremendous!!!! We originally booked a different hotel but had to leave as a result of an emergency. We booked this last minute and honestly we were blown away with our last minute reservation. Super clean hotel, amazing guest service and overall stellar experience. A big thank you to Matt who helped us shuffle from one hotel to another. We will definitely be back"
