"overall, it was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. Housekeeping is very accommodating. The HVAC system is a little sketchy though. We had a regular room and a handicap room. The regular room would not switch from AC to heat so i just left it off since it wasn't very cold. The handicap room would switch back and forth from heat to AC and not hold a consistent set temperature. it was set on 75 but would switch to 72. I was given some complicated explanation for it.
