"We have stayed there over the years and this was the first time I am was not impressed. Room was not as nice. Charged early check in at 2pm and the room was ready. Still nice enough but I may try and different hotel on my next visit."

"Had a wonderful stay this past weekend! Enjoyed the beach front location, use of beach chairs and towels, and the private Hot tub on our balcony! The staff were so friendly and the ocean view, 3rd floor, restaurant was delicious (although pricey). Shops and other food joints were within walking distance. We will definitely be back again!"

"The outside is really nice Spanish style however the lobby lacks the same aesthetic. It felt very clinical like a doctors office. Check in was supposed to be 3pm, but our room wasn’t ready. The bathroom was very dingy, wallpaper peeling moldy baseboards. We had to pay to park which I found odd for the location."

"This is the 3rd time I've stayed here and it's the 3rd time that the cleaning staff that cleans your room is literally non existent. I spent $1800 on two days and they can't even clean the room. The pool also has a rough surface on the bottom, so my daughter and granddaughter had scratches all over their feet. I had a $100 bag of decorations for my granddaughters birthday and the cleaning staff threw them away. So it was a pretty bad experience. Unfortunately I can't stay here again, and it...

"Love the beach view"

"The plumbing in the room barely worked, so we had to use the bathroom in the hallway. Our room was situated under the breakfast room, and the banging around lasted until after 11pm and started at 6am every morning. Other guests on our floor had the same complaint. The staff was uninterested in doing anything about any of it. Won't be staying here again."

"You can't be taller than 5'6 to be under the shower. Walls are paper thin and can hear all conversations in the next room. Defiantly bring your own pillow. The Wi-Fi is terrible and you can't watch TV or sign into Netflix it continues to refresh and you have to go out and back in continually."
