"Staff couldn’t do enough to help us. The room was impeccable quality. Our bed was comfortable, we loved the huge bath tub in the room and the welcome gifts and coffee machine added a nice touch. The only minor issues we found, was the room was extremely cold on arrival, however the room had its own thermostat which we were able to increase and quickly warm up the room. The automatic lights in the toilet and wash area were inconvenient in the middle of the night but easy to block out by closing...

"The accommodation was very spacious and had everything we needed, eg tea, coffee and milk provided. Bathroom was well equipped with a lovely big shower. The master room was massive and decorated nicely. Overall a great place to stay and in a perfect location as you’re in walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants and also easy to travel elsewhere via car."

"Booking was easy was able to speak to staff when we had some questions . parking wasn’t a problem even though it was on public road map is given of where to park for free We stayed in Sunset Apartment it was spotlessly clean everything we needed and little extra touches as well Trams stop outside the apartment . This time we stayed in the room with the amazing bath. Sadly we didn’t have chance to use it as only stayed for one night. The breakfast is wonderful and certainly set us up for the day.
