"The room was clean and looked like recently renovated. Nice breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the aircon in the room was very poor. Tried to increase the temp to 21 deg from the preset temp of 18 deg as it was -2 outside. It never ever got to 21 deg and in fact I never saw it above 18.5 deg. The fan was extremely noisey so turned it down to minimum but then of course the aircon would not respond to the 21 deg demand."

"I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help whenever I had a question. The location is great, very convenient and close to everything I needed. Overall, it’s a cozy place in a perfect spot, and I would definitely recommend it"

"Excellent hotel , staff were very attentive, lovely atmosphere as it was coming up to Christmas.Room was ideal for a family of 4 with 2 grown up kids , good standard.
Perfect for Dover port , which was only a few minutes away."

"Truly a gem in the city centre, from a welcoming multifunctional lobby floor to clean, spacious rooms, a firm bed and a 58” TV. Breakfast buffet covers all the bases (except perhaps for the coffee).
Comes with very good (~75MB) WiFi as standard. What’s not to like ??"
