"The room shook eveytime a person walked by or went up/down the stairs. There was mildew on bathroom ceiling. The floors were so slippery, I almost fell many times. The bathroom got drenched from the shower. The bed was a rock."

"They had a plumbing problem in the bathrooms by the pool, so we could not enjoy the pool like we would have liked. Golf course was closed and the driving range was very costly to use. Not many amenities for the resort fee."

"Only two regular chargers for EV vehicles, and if you check in later in evening, whatever car is there is likely there overnight. Found out the next morning that there is a 2-hour guideline/rule, which really should be posted at the chargers. Good that the hotel has that, but ultimately, it is up to the consideration of the car owners, especially if the hotel staff does not have accurate auto and hotel guest contact info."
