I highly recommend everyone to stay at the Holiday Inn Express off of Hwy 99 Elk Grove CA!!"

"Our family were in Sac for a surgery at Kaiser. We had 3 rooms for 3 nights. The staff and Andrew in particular were amazing. There was absolutely nothing we needed or asked for that they were not happy to provide and help out with. Extra pillows, an extra chair, noon check out. They went out of their way to make us comfortable during a stressful time. Thank you!"

"Guest room was in need of upgrade. Sheets were rough, as were the towels. Poor water pressure. Dirty washcloth left from previous guest or cleaner. Restaurant was ok. Waitstaff great. Need more hotel information in the room. At least telling you how to get Restaurant info, possibly menu."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have to be gluten free so the breakfast variety was excellent. Lots for everyone to choose from. The only thing I felt they needed to improve was the cleanliness of the pool and outside area. Water looked clean but algae could be seen on the walls of pool and hot tub."

"Rooms are spacious, and the price was low. The rest are all disadvantages. -- no service -- I saw cops many times in my 5-day stay -- loud neighbours -- lots of noisy, teen kids running around in the corridors. I guess the property is rented by some state agency for boarding the kids under the state care I stayed there for the sunk cost. I will not go back."
