"The hotel is truly beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. Personally, I find it very noisy. In the rooms, you can constantly hear the people next door and above you. The noise from outside was also really loud. At this price point, I would have expected something different."

"It’s an old, beautiful hotel, very conveniently located. Odd shaped buildings, so odd shaped room - but charming. There is a lot to like. Underground parking next door, and walkable neighborhood. Had a great time. Did get woke up by screaming homeless person early morning, but has nothing to do with the hotel. Also did not observe many homeless while walking around - it’s a safe neighborhood. Will stay again"

"Everything was great but the surprise $77 parking fee, and $200 a night for a dog fee was not cool. They should be more transparent about it when searching for hotels."

"Awesome staff. Classy looking hotel in an excellent neighborhood. Everyone from doorman, to registration and restaurant staff are nice. We always felt very welcome. Room is great and clean. Only slight problem is for the Cabana room, the pool music is quite loud and runs until late at night. Still I would recommend this hotel any day."

It seems like an old building but they’ve recent renovated it and it was quite nice. It is a small hotel so it doesn’t have a restaurant or gym or anything but they offer simple coffee in the morning and room service and some lemonade and cookies at other times in the day. "If you’re by yourself and noise doesn’t bother you and you need to be in Westwood this is for you. Otherwise it not worth the money you’ll “save”. Very little space in the bathroom for toiletries, no functional windows, no place to hang towels, tiny amount of soap and shampoo. There were 2 of us and impossible to unpack even essentials. I’m a light sleeper. Could hear everything inside next rooms. And “gym” is literally a storage room. We left early and went to Ramada inn feeling like luxury...

There was no chair in the room, so I had to request one. Extremely small bathroom. The window faced a wall. The unit had a small, noisy window A/C.
